Terms of Service

Xinfeng AI is the main portal. These terms cover use of the portal and linked AI Canvas, NewAPI and Sub2API services.

Independent service

Xinfeng AI is an independent service that provides access to third-party AI APIs. Our services include Access to supported third-party AI models through a Unified AI API gateway. Model names and trademarks identify the relevant products and owners; their appearance does not imply affiliation, endorsement or an official partnership. Third-party services may have additional terms and availability restrictions.

Acceptable use

You must use the services lawfully and have the rights and permissions needed for your inputs. Protect your account and API keys. Do not use the services for illegal content, fraud, harassment, privacy or intellectual property violations, unauthorized access, security attacks, or other abuse. Do not bypass safeguards, payment controls or usage limits.

Prohibited Adult and Sexual Content

Users may not use Xinfeng AI, AI Canvas, NewAPI, or any image or video generation service to create, request, distribute, or facilitate NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually exploitative, or otherwise prohibited sexual content.

This prohibition applies to prompts, uploaded reference materials, generated images, generated videos, and any other content submitted through our image or video generation services.

Sexual content involving minors, sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, and sexual deepfakes are strictly prohibited.

We may block requests, suspend accounts, or terminate access where such use is detected.

AI outputs and availability

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unsuitable. Review results before relying on them; they are not a substitute for professional advice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular output, or continued access to any model. We may suspend, restrict or terminate access for abuse, security concerns, nonpayment, legal requirements or service maintenance.

Pricing and Credits

Prices, model availability and supported features may change. Check the current price and billing unit before submitting a request. Credits are prepaid service usage units, not currency, deposits, investments or other financial products; they do not earn interest and are not promised to be redeemable for cash. Credits are purchased and managed through the New API Wallet. AI Canvas uses the shared Xinfeng Credits balance where supported. Sub2API has a separate account and may have separate billing conditions. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Responsibility and changes

You are responsible for your use of inputs and outputs. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided as available without guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated where required by law.
